Ingredients
- 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. Cool water
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/4 c. Blackberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Blackberry Vinaigrette With Gelatin

Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cool water and lemon juice in blender. Let stand 2 min. Add in boiling water & process on low till gelatin is dissolved, about 2 min. Combine vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Add in vinegar & sugar and the remaining ingredients to the gelatin and chill for 2 hrs.
- Stir before serving. Good for 50 days, covered and refrigerated.
