Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, diced
2 c. minced celery
2 c. minced green bell peppers
2 c. minced onion
2 cans (16 ounce.) tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (16 ounce.) black eyed peas
1 1/2 c. beef broth
Directions
In large saucepan, cook bacon; add in celery, bell pepper and onion; saute/fry till soft. Add in tomatoes, peas and broth; simmer 30-40 min.
