Ingredients
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Carrots, minced
- 2 c. Water
- 3 x Habanero chilies (3 or possibly 4), chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt

Belizian Style Habanero Hot Sauce

Directions
- Saute/fry onion in oil till soft. Add in carrots and water.Bring to boil,reduce heat,and simmer till the carrots are soft. Remove from heat . Add in chilies,lime juice and salt to the carrot mix. Place in processor and puree till smooth.Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
