Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 can (12 ounce.) beer
- Optional: 3 tbsp. sugar (for sweet beer bread)
- 5 teaspoon caraway seeds or possibly chives or possibly poppy seeds or possibly minced onions

Directions
- Mix all ingredients just till moist. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese (optional). Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
