Beef n' Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Sirloin Steak (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup baby carrots (cut up)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • one teaspoon AP flour
  • dash of onion powder, garlic salt
  • 10 Homestyle buttermilk refrigerated biscuits

Beef n' Biscuits

Time: 11 minutes prep, 18 minutes cook
Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. In a saute pan add on low heat the cut up sirloin steak cubes, saute 6-8 minutes, add beef broth, AP flour and stir well, add carrots, seasonings cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes on low heat
  2. Bake biscuits as per tube instructions until golden brown
  3. Slice open a biscuit add beef on bottom half of baked biscuit
  4. Enjoy!
