- In saute pan add some olive oil and minced garlic, sliced onion and saute until tender (remove from pan) add sirloin steak medallions and cook meat about 5-6 minutes, return onions to the saute pan, add beef broth and corn starch stir to combine and cook until thickened.
- Serve over Rice or Noodles
- We love this with a vegetable medley side dish.
