Beef Medallions with Onions and pan Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2-2 1/2 lbs. Sirloin Steak
  • one clove minced garlic
  • one onion
  • 1 cup beef broth (low sodium)
  • one tablespoon corn starch
  • black pepper, to taste

Beef Medallions with Onions and pan Gravy

Time: 10 minutes prep, 14 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. In saute pan add some olive oil and minced garlic, sliced onion and saute until tender (remove from pan) add sirloin steak medallions and cook meat about 5-6 minutes, return onions to the saute pan, add beef broth and corn starch stir to combine and cook until thickened.
  2. Serve over Rice or Noodles
  3. We love this with a vegetable medley side dish.
  4. Enjoy!
