- 1 pound (8 c.) bean sprouts
- 2 shallots, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 4 tbsp. vegetable stock
- Freshly grnd pepper

Directions
- Stir fry bean sprouts, shallots, and garlic in a non-stick frying pan for 2 min with 3 Tbsp. of vegetable stock.
- Mix sauce ingredients. Add in to frying pan and simmer for 1 minute. Season with pepper and serve.
