Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS FILTERED OR DISTILLED WATER
  • 1 CUP ORGANIC BARLEY, PEARLED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC CELERY, CHOPPED
  • 2 LARGE ORGANIC CLOVES, GARLIC PRESSED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SWEET VADALIA ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP ORGANIC MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP ORGANIC ZUCCHINI, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEEDS, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 TBSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
  • 1/2 TEAS. BRAGG SPRINKLE
  • 3 - 4 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC HONEY

Directions

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO A CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE AT 300 DEGREES F. FOR 1-1/2 HOURS UNTIL DONE.
