Ingredients
4 to 5 lbs. brisket or possibly roast
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 to 3 1/2 ounce. bottle liquid smoke
1 c. barbeque sauce
Directions
Mix all seasonings except barbeque sauce. Spread on both sides of meat. Marinate overnight, turning once. Bake at 275 degrees for five hrs. Serve with barbeque sauce.
