Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lbs. brisket or possibly roast
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 to 3 1/2 ounce. bottle liquid smoke
  • 1 c. barbeque sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all seasonings except barbeque sauce. Spread on both sides of meat. Marinate overnight, turning once. Bake at 275 degrees for five hrs. Serve with barbeque sauce.
