- Steak
- Butter
- 1/2 onion
- Garlic pwdr
- Onion pwdr
- Dash seasoning
- Water
- Babeque sauce

Barbeque Steak

Directions
- Poke (tenderize) holes in steak on both sides. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides, then put steak in frying pan. Cover steak with water. Add in 1 teaspoon of butter. Add in 1/2 minced onion. Let steak simmer in water till it begins to boil or possibly meat gets tender, then add in barbeque sauce. Let cook another 5 - 10 min.
