Baked Green Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Green tomatoes, 1 tbs. oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning and dill.

Baked Green Tomatoes

Time: 5 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 2
 

Directions

  1. Cut green tomatoes into wedges. (Remove seeds if they bother you.)
  2. Toss wedges in 1 tbs. of oil.
  3. Place oiled wedges on pam-sprayed cookie sheet.
  4. Add dashes of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning and dill.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately10 minutes.
  6. Wonderful on spaghetti with sliced ripe olives and marinara.
