Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine, melted Cinnamon-sugar mix

Baked French Doughnuts
Servings: 12
Directions
- Cream margarine, sugar and mix well. Add in egg and mix. Combine dry ingredients; add in alternately with lowfat milk. Fill greased muffin tins half full and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
- Remove doughnuts from pan immediately. Dip or possibly toss in melted margarine, then to cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Makes 14 doughnuts. To make 36 smalldoughnuts, use smaller tart tins and bake for 15 min.
