Ingredients

  • 14.75ozs Can creamed corn
  • 14.750zs Can whole kernel corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1box Small box of jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2cup Margarine Melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Transfer to a greased medium sized casserole dish
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned
  5. Recipe may be doubled
