- 12 ounce Semi-sweet choc morsels
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet Butter
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream

Baileys Irish Cream Truffles

Directions
- Heat chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat. Whisk in yolks, one at a time; mix will thicken. Whisk in butter. Chill overnight, or possibly till hard. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, minced nuts, sprinkles, etc.
