Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Semi-sweet choc morsels
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet Butter
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream

Baileys Irish Cream Truffles

Servings: 12
 

Directions

  1. Heat chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat. Whisk in yolks, one at a time; mix will thicken. Whisk in butter. Chill overnight, or possibly till hard. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, minced nuts, sprinkles, etc.
