Ingredients

  • 1 STICK MARGARINE
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 3 CUPS HERB SEASONED STUFFING MIX
  • 2 EGGS, BEATEN
  • 1/2 POUND SAUSAGE
  • 1 POUND BACON

BACON WRAP UPS

Time: 20 hours prep, 35 minutes cook
Servings: 4 DOZEN
 

Directions

  1. MELT MARGARINE IN WATER IN A SAUCEPAN.
  2. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN STUFFING MIX
  3. ADD EGGS AND SAUSAGE MIX WELL.
  4. CHILL FOR 1 HOUR.
  5. SHAPE INTO SMALL OBLONG BALLS (SIZE OF A PECAN)
  6. CUT BACON STRIPS INTO THIRDS OR QUARTERS.
  7. WRAP BACON AROUND BALLS AND SECURE WITH PICK
  8. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES ON BROILER RACK
  9. TURN ONCE
  10. SERVE WARM
