Ingredients
3 ripe but not too ripe avocados, cut into chunks
2 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerated for 1 hour. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
