Avocado Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe but not too ripe avocados, cut into chunks
  • 2 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerated for 1 hour. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
