- For the Dip:
- 2 avocados
- 2 cloves of garlic – gently grilled in skin
- ½ cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin

Avocado and Sour Cream Dip
Time: 8 minutes prep

Directions
- To Dip:
- Your favorite veggies or fruit Your favorite chips
- Heat a small frying pan and gently let the garlic grill in the skin for a few minutes.
- Let the garlic cool and remove from the skin.
- Place all of the ingredients for the dip in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Prepare the veggies, fruit and chips and set up the platter.
