Ingredients
2 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 1/3 c. Bread Flour
2/3 c. Rye Flour
1/3 c. Wheat Germ
2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100%
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Grnd Allspice
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. Oil
3 Tbsp. Fruit Concentrate or possibly honey
1 c. Water + 1 Tablespoons if at high altitude
