- 2 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 1/3 c. Bread Flour
- 2/3 c. Rye Flour
- 1/3 c. Wheat Germ
- 2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100%
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Fruit Concentrate or possibly honey
- 1 c. Water + 1 Tablespoons if at high altitude
