Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd mustard
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt, optional
  • 1 dsh Grnd turmeric
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Molasses
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 x Pork tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, salt if you like and turmeric; gradually add in lowfat milk till smooth. Chill. In a large resealable plastic bag or possibly shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, molassas and garlic. Add in pork; seal or possibly cover and chill for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally. Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan; throw away marinade.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 min or possibly till a meat thermometer reads 160-170 . Let stand for 5 min. Slice pork; sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like. Serve with the mustard sauce.
