Ingredients

  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced (15-oz)
  • 12 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a 5 by 9-inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min. Serve hot with crackers or possibly fresh bread.
  2. Yield: 10 servings as a dip
