Ingredients
- 4 x 3/4 pound cornish game hens
- 10 ounce Green giant rice originals f Medley, thawed
- 1/2 c. Apple, minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Removegiblets. Rinse hens inside and out; pat dry. In medium bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; mix well. Spoon 1/4 of stuffing mix into body cavity of each hen. Secure body openings with wooden picks or possibly metal skewers. Tie legs together with string. Place hens in ungreased 13x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min till fork tender and juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. Nutritional
