Apple Cheese Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 med Head cabbage finely Or possibly minced(about
  • 1 med Carrot shredded 1/2 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple minced
  • 1/4 c. Crumbled blue cheese

Apple Cheese Coleslaw

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage, carrot, apple and blue cheese. Sprinkle with paprika or possibly dill weed if you like. 8 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/2 C. EACH); 120 CALORIES PER SERVING.
