Ingredients
4 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
2 x -(up to)
3 Tbsp. Cucumber, very coarsely minced, or possibly sliced
2 x Shallots (purple onions) minced
3 x -(up to)
4 x Red and green prik ki nu (Birdseye chillis), thinly sliced
Directions
