The Better Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x scallions, greens only, chopped (optional)
  • 2 lb grnd beef
  • 8 x hamburger rolls
  •     ketchup,
  •     mayonnaise,
  •     salsa,
  •     steak sauce,
  •     pickles,
  •     cheese,
  •     mustard,
  •     lettuce,
  •     onions

Directions

  1. Stir the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and scallions (if you like) in a medium-sized bowl. Add in the beef, and mix thoroughly. Form into patties or possibly mini patties . Heat the grill to medium. Grill the hamburgers for 12 min for medium or possibly up to 18 for well-done, turning twice during the cooking time. Right before the burgers are done, place the split buns facedown, over the flame for a few seconds to hot and crisp them slightly. Fill the buns and set them on a platter next to the toppings. Serve immediately.
  2. Serves 6 to 8.
