Ingredients

  • 2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4" slices
  • Flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Trim fat from tenderloin. Dredge in flour; season with salt and pepper. Brown in butter over medium heat in heavy skillet. Cook and cover over low heat for 30 min. Add in lowfat milk and heat till bubbly. Serve warm.
