Tartlets with cream and fruit

Ingredients

  • Pastry:
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 280-300 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water or orange juice
  • 1 small egg
  • Cream:
  • 400 g greek yoghurt 2%
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Fruit compote

Tartlets with cream and fruit

Time: 40 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
Servings: 12 tartellette
 

Directions

  1. Prepare the pastry mixing all the ingredients. When it's ready refrigerate for at least half an hour.
  2. With a rolling pin roll out the dough and spread in a 12-muffin pan. Place the tartlets in the oven and leave it for 15 minutes (200 degrees). Let them cool (NOT in the refrigerator) for at least 3 hours.
  3. Prepare the cream, mixing the yogurt with the sugar.
  4. Fill the tartlets with cream and decorated with fruit!
