Ingredients

  • 15 x chicken wings - (abt 3 lbs)
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. warm pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Cherry tomatoes
  •     Carrot sticks
  •     Celery sticks
  •     Ranch or possibly blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Heat broiler. Line a pan with foil. Cut wings apart at joint. Throw away the tip.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients. Add in chicken and turn to coat. Arrange on the broiler pan. Reserve remaining sauce. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat source for about 12 min, brushing occasionally with the reserved sauce. Turn over and bake about 8 min more.
  3. Arrange on platter and serve with accompaniments.
