Sweet & Sour Chicken (Pressure Cooker) Recipe

I use my pressure cooker several times a week. I love how easy it is to make flavorful food. It's especially handy when I go through the entire day thinking that I should decide on something for dinner - and then the day is over, and I haven't decided a thing. With the pressure cooker, I can just pull something out of the freezer and still have dinner on the table at a reasonable I've made this particular recipe several times.
