Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. club soda
  • 2 c. biscuit mix or possibly Bisquick mix

Sour Cream Biscuits

Directions

  1. Mix well, knead till smooth, using extra flour on hands if sticky. Roll on well floured mat or possibly counter to about 1/4" thick, cut with biscuit cutter. Put biscuits on a greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 min or possibly till light brown, whichever comes first.
