  • 1.75 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4.5 cups organic vegetable broth
  • 1 (16-ounce) package dried white beans
  • 1 (26.46-ounce) container unsalted tomato puree
  • 3 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can unsalted fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
