Sherrie's Clam Dip

My favorite clam dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese @ room temperature
  • 3 Tb minced onions
  • 1 6oz can minced clams w/juice
  • 1 6oz chopped clams, reserve juice
  • 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. If the dip is to thick, blend in some of the reserved clam juice until desired consistency is reached.
