- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
- Chilled carbonated water
- 1 lrg Scoop chocolate or possibly vanilla ice cream

Directions
- Place syrup, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. carbonated water in the bottom of a 10-oz glass and stir well. Add in ice cream and stir gently while filling the glass with carbonated water.
- Yield: Serves 1
