Ingredients
1 pound Bob Evans sausage, browned & liquid removed
2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
10 Large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 slices bread or possibly 2 c. cubed bread
Directions
Mix ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 to 40 min in 350 degree oven. Delicious at breakfast, lunch or possibly supper.
