Ingredients
- 4 cans beets, not pickled
- 1/2 lb thin sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 3 cups olive oil

Roasted Beets
Directions
- Drain beets well.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Lay out on sheet pan to roast with sliced onions.
- Roast until 175 degrees.
- Transfer to hotel pan for service.
