Roasted Beets

Ingredients

  • 4 cans beets, not pickled
  • 1/2 lb thin sliced onion
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 3 cups olive oil

Roasted Beets

Directions

  1. Drain beets well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Lay out on sheet pan to roast with sliced onions.
  4. Roast until 175 degrees.
  5. Transfer to hotel pan for service.
