Quick and Easy Stove Top Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box of brownies mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons butter - melted
- Topping:
- 2 sheets graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, quick oats and cocoa powder.
- In a smaller bowl, beat together the egg yolks and milk, while stirring slowly, add the melted butter.
- Stir this into the dry ingredients.
- Mix the topping ingredients together and set aside.
- Prepare a 10 inch cast iron pan with butter. Place the batter in the pan. Sprinkle the topping over the brownies and dot the extra tablespoon of butter over the mixture.
- On a medium to low heat, place on the stove top burner covered. Do Not!! set the heat too high or the bottom will burn.
