Ingredients

  • 4 med. potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 5 pork chops
  • 1/2 med. onion

Directions

  1. Butter casserole dish. Slice potatoes, then add in onion and season. Lay pork chops on top. Spread soup on top of seasoned pork chops and add in a can of water. Cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
