I have tried for years to perfect this southern spread! This is so delicious I usually eat it as a sandwich with sprouts, tomatoes and onions.

  • 8 oz. neufchatel cream cheese (1 pkg.)
  • 1 C finely shredded cheddar
  • 1 C finely shredded monterey jack
  • 1/2 C canola mayonnaise
  • 3 TB chopped pimientos
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • dash each of salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and mayo until light and fluffy
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined
