Ingredients

  • 2 cans red beets
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 long stick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. allspice
  • 3 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, spices, and vinegar plus juice from beets. Cook 15 min and pour over beets and Large eggs. Chill.
