Peach Pie With Crumb Topping

Ingredients

  • 8 x peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell
  •     For The Topping
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. butter softened

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients and toss well to distribute proportionately. In another bowl, mix together the topping ingredients till crumbly.
  2. Turn filling into the pie shell and sprinkle with the topping mix. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F. oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs or possibly untilbrown and bubbly.
