Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup raisins

Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip and Raisin Cookies
Time: 20 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook

- Set oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 cookie sheets with vegetable spray; set aside..
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and eggs til well mixed, about 2 minutes.
- Add applesauce, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla and mix 1 minute more.
- Stir in oats, flour, chocolate chips and raisins.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
