No Fail Bbq Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Unrolled beef brisket
  •     Adolph's regular Meat Tenderizer
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 x Garlic salt pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Liquid Hickory Smoke
  • 1 slc Onion rings, (up to 2)
  • 1 tsp Celery seeds
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounce Your favorite BBQ sauce

No Fail Bbq Beef Brisket

Directions

  1. Trim off all fat from Brisket. Sprinkle lberally with Adolf's meat Tenderizer. Add in salt and garlic salt, pepper to taste, and Liquid Hickory Smoke. Cover top of brisket with onions and sprinkle with celery seeds.
  2. Wrap tightly with foil and chill for about 12 hrs. Remove from refrigerator, open foil, add in Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 c. water. Cover tightly with foil and place in heavy ovenware. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs. Remove from oven, open foil, add in BBQ sauce. Cover tightly with foil and return to 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove from oven and let stand for 1/2 hour. Slice across grain and spoon sauce on brisket.
  3. Brisket is ready to serve.
