  • 1 pkt White cake mix
  • 1 pkt Instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 2/3 c. Vodka
  • 1/4 c. Coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 c. Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake till tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-60 mins. Let cold 5 min in pan, then invert onto rack. Blend 1/4 c. coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl till smooth. Drizzle proportionately over hot cake.
