Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Almonds, slivered
- 2 x Onions, green, minced
- 1 x Lettuce, romaine
- 1 c. Mandarin oranges, liquid removed 1
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms, sliced (optional
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon, dry
- 1/3 c. Oil, vegetable Salt & pepper
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 x Egg yolk

Magic Pan Orange Almond Salad
Servings: 6
Directions
- Shaking constantly, toast almonds in skillet over low heat until golden (about 5 min). Was and dry lettuce. Tear into bite size pcs.
- Place with green onions and mandarin oranges in large salad bowl. Dressing: Combine all ingredients but egg and vinegar, add thin stream and process until well blended.
- MAKES : 1 c.
- Just before serving, toss well. Leftover dressing keeps up to 1 week in fridge.
