  • 1 c. Non-fat ricotta cheese -- Processed to make sm
  • 1/4 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x To 2 drops (no more than this b/c it is Potent)
  • 2 ounce Parmesana Reggiano -- Freshly grated Freshly grnd pepper to Taste Spray extra virgin olive oil Grnd nutmeg -- dash Liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Take the processed ricotta & place in sauce pan which has been sprayed with extra virgin olive oil lightly. Slowly heat up the cheese to just below boiling, add in the liquid smoke & then the lowfat milk & Parmesan cheese. Stir till creamy & slightly thickened. Add in pepper to taste. Place on top of favorite pasta.
  2. Add in grated nutmeg & toss to blend with pasta.
