Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 2 teaspoon grated onions
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce.) deviled ham
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 2/3 c. minced pecans

Directions
- Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Add in cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard, paprika, salt, ham, parsley and pimento. Mix all - refrigeratetill hard. Shape into large ball or possibly small logs. Roll in pecans (pushing firmly to embed pecans). Wrap in foil and chill overnight. This also could be frzn up to 3 months.
