Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust (recipe to follow)
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. To make the crust:
  2. Mix sugar with cracker crumbs. Stir in the melted butter. Pour into pie plate, and press firmly against the sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool slightly.
  3. To make filling:
  4. Blend everything until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then refrigerate.
  5. To serve, top with whipped cream.
