Ingredients
- 1 small carton fat free or possibly low fat cottage cheese
- 1 small can of tiny or possibly broken shrimp (rinsed & liquid removed)
- 1 large rib of celery minced
- 1 green onion minced fine
- 1 small tomato minced

Directions
- Mix all the above and add in salt and pepper to taste.OPTIONAL - If I have them I also add in any of the following: minced cucumber, zuchinni, red radishes, green and/or red pepper, minced mushroom or possibly finely minced cabbage. I do not use carrot because I think it "fights" with the shrimp flavor, but if you love it go right ahead.
- I've been making this for 40 years and still love it. Use your imagination and enjoy!
- I find a 1/2 cup to 1 cup serving of this for lunch really fills me up and it's healthy too!
